Chesham Mayor Derek Lacey is officially opening Reasons to be Cheerful at 10am this Saturday. He will be in Broadway, along with some cheerful street sculpture, which you can get a sneak preview of on their Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/CheshamArtsTrail. Anna (who has organised it) will also be there with 250 smiley balloons to hand out!
